ADHD Coaching

Thriving in Chaos

From Chaos to Clarity
Less stress. More Confidence. Real Results
No more stressing over missed deadlines, forgotten assignments, lost items, procrastination, or feeling constantly overwhelmed in the chaos. Learn practical strategies, build lasting habits, and gain the confidence needed to thrive with ADHD.

ADHD coaching is a supportive, goal-oriented process that helps individuals with ADHD develop practical skills to navigate daily life more effectively. Unlike therapy, which focuses on emotional healing, coaching focuses on skill building and empowering individuals with ADHD to reach their goals.

What our Coaches Support with...
Organization
Support with organizing school materials, backpacks, folders, assignments, digital files, and daily responsibilities in ways that feel manageable and sustainable. Coaches help students develop systems that reduce overwhelm, forgotten assignments, and last-minute stress.
Time Management

Guidance with using planners, calendars, reminders, timers, and structured schedules more effectively. Coaches help students learn how to plan ahead, manage deadlines, estimate time realistically, and balance school, extracurriculars, and daily responsibilities.
Motivation and Accountability
Coaches provide consistent encouragement, check-ins, and external accountability to help students stay engaged with responsibilities and long-term goals. Support focuses on helping students maintain momentum, recover from setbacks, and develop greater independence and follow-through over time.

Academic and Daily Functioning
Support with staying on top of homework, projects, chores, responsibilities, and everyday tasks that may feel difficult to start or complete independently. Coaches provide accountability and practical strategies to improve follow-through and consistency.

Routines and Transitions
Assistance with creating healthy routines and adjusting to new environments, expectations, and responsibilities. This may include support during transitions such as starting middle school, high school, college, a new semester, or increased independence at home.
Self-Confidence and Growth
Students with ADHD often internalize years of frustration, criticism, or comparison to peers. Coaches help students better understand their strengths, develop self-awareness, and build confidence in their ability to navigate challenges, advocate for themselves, and grow both academically and personally.
